Youth & Graduation Day Submissions

We are excited about the upcoming Youth and Graduation Day! Please submit a separate form for EACH category that applies to your child so they can be properly recognized at our annual Youth Day service.  Be sure to use the Graduation button for all graduations.

For all A or A/B honor roll students for the 3rd or 4th quarter

For anyone graduating this school year.  This includes preschool through college.  All graduates will be acknowledged.  However, only high school and college graduates will processional in with their cap and gowns.

For any youth achievements (athletic, academic, community, awards, etc...) during the 2023-2024 school year.  You may list up to three.
